3. Disclaimer of liability
The final resolution of any file rests exclusively with the competent Spanish administrative authorities. Extramites neither guarantees nor accepts responsibility for the outcome of any procedure, except in cases of gross negligence directly attributable to the platform.
4. Intellectual property
The contents of extramites.com are protected by Spanish and international intellectual property law. Reproduction without express authorisation is prohibited.
5. Law and jurisdiction
Spanish law applies. Courts of Malaga, waiving any other jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Before contracting, Extramites informs the user of the steps to conclude the contract, the language (ES/EN), general conditions and means to correct errors. The contract is formalised upon order confirmation.
Art. 21 LSSI-CE — Commercial communications
Commercial communications are only sent with prior express consent. Every communication includes identification as commercial, sender identity and a free unsubscribe mechanism.
